Spanish HaloTech Plans Expansion from Panama with €10M Investment

In July Spanish Tech Startup 🚀 HaloTech successfully raised €10 million in a funding round that places its pre-money valuation at €100 million. The investment will support the expansion of its AI -powered workplace safety platform (“Safety as a Service”) and will also enable the company to accelerate its commercial presence across Latin America, EMEA and the United States.

With a growing footprint in Latin America, HaloTech sees Panama as a strategic hub for its entry into Central America. The company aims to set a new global benchmark in occupational risk prevention, leveraging IoT and artificial intelligence in industrial environments. The round attracted both domestic and international investors, many of whom are focused on ESG impact and B2B industries.

Partners & Clients

HaloTech is already collaborating with Telefónica Tech to deliver critical connectivity and post-quantum data encryption. On the industrial front, it has forged alliances with ACCIONA and conducted pilot programs with Tecnicas Reunidas in the Middle East and Spain.

Its current clients and pilot partners include major players in mining, energy, and construction sectors such as Codelco, BHP, Grupo Val, FCC, Valoriza, Serveo, Emvarias, Celsia, and Sura, along with public sector entities like the municipalities of Madrid, Calviá, and Albacete 🇪🇸.
