Digital Marketing & Communication internship in the Hub of the Americas

Starting date: 1 September 2024 (hybrid) / later in the year

Responsibilities

  • Creating & posting engaging content for Digitude communication channels
  • Webcare social media, email & phone
  • Maintaining the website & keeping-up-to-date/developing the content
  • Write press releases / news items
  • Database management (CRM)
  • Organization and preparation of (online) events and activities
  • Assisting in consultancy assignments (e.g. business partner search, sustainability projects)
  • Supporting the Managing Director in internal and external meeting
  • Appointment scheduling & agenda management

Education, Skills & Attitude

  • Currently in the last year of a Digital Business, Digital media, and/or International Business-oriented study at university level
  • Demonstrates creativity, proactiveness, ownership, organizational ability, passion, and reliability, with a hands-on attitude
  • Highly developed skills in digital content creation, design (Canva), social media management, data analysis, and online copywriting.
  • Affinity with International Business, Tech & Sustainability
  • Basic knowledge of Latin America and the Caribbean
  • Excellent verbal and written command of the English language, and good verbal and written command of the Spanish language. Another European language is a plus.
  • Available from September for a minimum period of 4-6 months (hybrid internship)
