Panama Transportation Company MiBus ๐ has launched a tender for the purchase of up to 60 modern medium-sized buses (9-10 meters long), with an estimated investment of $9.6 million USD.
The initiative is designed to improve accessibility, comfort and efficiency on routes with lighter demand and streets less suited to larger buses. According to MiBus, tender 2025-2-81-01-08-LP-000014 is available via the Panama Compra portal ๐ป. A virtual pre-bid meeting will be held on September 18, 2025, with proposals due by October 20, 2025.
