Remco de Bruijn
Managing Director & Founder
Remco moved from Barcelona to Panama at the end of 2019 setting-up & leading Holland House Panama, the Dutch-Panamanian Chamber of Commerce. Amidst a global pandemic and in just 3 years, the new organisation grew from 9 to 40 members and became a leading European chamber in Panama in terms of innovation, digital reach, turnover & activity.
During his time at Holland House he provided services to Dutch multinational members such as Philips, Heineken, Boskalis & KLM as well as Tech companies. He acquired extensive experience with arranging b2b contacts, helping to set-up companies for newcomers, market research and innovative projects.
In the past, Remco held positions as digital director, EU-lobbyist, international business advisor and university lecturer in several countries (Netherlands, Spain, Belgium).
Remco has a Master’s Degree (Cum Laude) from Leiden University (NL), a postgraduate diploma in Leadership in Digital Transformation (AOG School of Management) and a Platform Strategy certification from MIT Sloan. His professional passion lies at the crossroads of international business, pioneering, digital and innovation.
Anaís Colquichagua
Events & Communication Assistant
Born in Peru 🇵🇪 and raised in Panama 🇵🇦, she brings an unique blend of cultural insights and Gen Z 🧬perspective into the mix.
Anaís joined Digitude Panama as Events & Digital Communication Assistant, helping to organize awesome events, communication activities for clients as well as keeping our followers & customers up-to-date on what’s going on in Panama.
She studied international business 📚 at Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua and her previous experience includes an internship at Copa Airlines working on the ConnectMiles customer loyalty programme.
Laricel Mondolis
Marketing & Communications Assistant
Born and raised in Panama 🇵🇦, Laricel has a passion for reading, writing and learning about marketing and business. Her favourite hobbies go from being passionate about Graphic Design to enjoying sports such as Padel and American football 🏈 . She loves traveling around the world and is very passionate about AI and digital development.
Laricel joined Digitude Panama as Marketing & Communication Assistant, tasked with creating awesome content 📸 about what’s happening in Panama in business, foreign investment, (green) tech, water & logistics.
Her previous experience includes an internship at LetMeShip in Madrid, Spain and Customer Service Representative roles at Dash BPO and Copa Airlines in Panama City.
Laricel has a Bachelor Degree in International Management from Geneva Business School. She is combining her work for Digitude with pursuing a Masters in Graphic Design and UX/UI 🖥️ 📚 .
