$40 Million Investment in New Warehouse Infrastructure in Panama Pacifico

London & Regional Panama has announced a new warehouse 📦 investment of over $40 million in Panama Pacifico, reinforcing its role as one of Latin America’s leading logistics, commercial, and industrial hubs. This is among the most significant private investments in Panama in recent years and sets a new benchmark for warehouse infrastructure in the country.

The expansion adds more than 50,000 square meters across three state-of-the-art industrial buildings, creating 200 direct jobs and an estimated 300–400 indirect jobs, with the potential for thousands more once fully operational.

Designed to Class A+ standards, the new facilities meet the requirements of the world’s most demanding logistics and industrial operations. Global shipping company A.P. Moller – Maersk recently opened a brand new logistics center in the area.
